For nearly three decades, Eugene Roginsky devoted his professional life to understanding how people grow, create, and discover purpose. Throughout his career, he had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, students, adults, creatives, athletes, entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals, helping them access deeper meaning, find motivation, grow resilience, and clarity.
The educator
As a keynote speaker and wellness educator, Eugene presented at healthcare conferences, creative industry events, and corporate trainings, including seminars for writers, animators, and attendees of screenwriting conferences. His work focuses on generating creativity, elevating performance, and supporting professionals as they overcome burnout and reconnect with their core self.
Blending Principles
At Journey2Horizon Synergistic Coaching and Consulting, Eugene blends principles from psychology, mindfulness, visualization, NLP concepts, hypnosis, and performance coaching into practical, hands-on programs. For clients who enjoy experiential approaches, he also offers non-clinical hypnosis sessions designed to enhance motivation, strengthen focus, overcome limiting beliefs, and open creative pathways.
